Finally had success getting the flickering to stop in my video piece by using a Flash encoder. Unfortunately I lost considerable quality. It's viewable but I wouldn't want to use it if someone were paying me for the lesson I created.

If anyone had simpler issues or knows of a definite fix please let me know! Thanks! Linda
