I'd like to have a text template for written answers. For example:

Answer: It's an apple. --> This is the answer that students should type.

We have been exploring more templates and are collecting different suggestions/requests from various users. As you already know we do not offer this template. My suggestion for your situation is to use the "Label the Image" template. This might meet your learning outcomes. We will be attempting to add new assessment templates in the near future.

it is under the assessment templates. it has two versions. label 4 images and label 8 images. it works a bit differently than what you might be after. you provide the learner with the answers, but they have to use those answers to correctly respond to the question. let me know if that helps.
