    Update Feb 14, 2009

     02-14-2009, 9:58 PM

Along with the capability to build full Section 508 compliant courses with last Wednesday's update, today's update allows you to import and convert PowerPoint 2007 into your myUdutu courses.  (You could only import PowerPoint 2003 and earlier .ppt files previously - .pptx are now also accepted)

Also, we've fixed a bug that prevented some multi-part .swfs from playing properly.

Remember, you can upload Flash movies that are composed of multiple files (including custom .swfs and such as those produced by Raptivity), by zipping all of the files (with their folder structure intact), and uploading  the .zip as a multi-part flash into your library.  You will be prompted to indicate what is the primary .html file or main .swf movie of the collection.  Then, you can include that Flash movie in any template that supports multi-media objects in your myUdutu course!  Including multi-part Flash movies built elsewhere is a feature that no other course authoring system offers, and you get it for free - along with everything else in myUdutu.

If anyone has difficulty using this feature, please post in the forums and we will help out.
