I see that the color and text of the jump buttons can be customized - which is a nice feature, BUT, the buttons take up quite a bit of space, and are kind of plain - so much so that for some it is not quickly apparent they are buttons.  Is there any way to customize the buttons themselves or would it be possible to create our own buttons and ...

Are the jump-to buttons the only way to "jump-to" another screen. Links in the text only (as far as I have been able to figure out) jump to an anchor in that page or to an external site. Is there any way to use links to jump to pages already created (like jump-to's do)
